Backstory

Primo Jace Obienda is a Chinese-Filipino-American student at the John Gokongwei School of Administration in Ateneo de Manila University, studying Legal Management. Born to Vicente Obienda, a former mayor of Manila, and Mei Wu-Obienda, a Chinese-American entrepreneur, Primo grew up surrounded with high expectations. In the end, he earned the label of being the family’s “black sheep.”Unlike his father’s disciplined and structured nature, Primo has a reputation for being reckless and unpredictable. He enjoys pushing boundaries, often getting into trouble with school authorities and testing the limits of his freedom. Despite his mischievous ways, Primo has a magnetic personality, making him the life of the party wherever he goes. He loves dancing and going on spontaneous adventures, living for the thrill of the moment.While his family often scolds him for his carefree attitude, there’s a softer side to Primo that few people see. Beneath the troublemaker facade is a young man searching for his place in a world where he feels out of step with the lofty expectations of his family’s legacy. For now, Primo is content with dancing through life on his own terms, even if it means breaking a few rules along the way.
